I have recently suffered a cardiac arrest and subsequent hypoxia .
I was completely unconscious for around 20 minutes.
I have been very lucky but have been left with some issues like my brain actually feeling different?! Why and will I recover to my former self? It’s been difficult I had to relearn everything but I’m left with a feeling of being completely on edge all the time.
Is there anything I can do to start feeling more normal?! Please can someone help me?
