When her husband was first home from the hospital, Abby Maslin realized she would have to teach him who he was before he was hurt -- from someone who liked to shower daily to reading the paper on Sunday mornings.

This is exactly what I am doing with my husband. He came from the hospital and institutionalized robot. There is no better therapy than normal life....9 months on I have taught him to be himself to probably 80%. Nearly there!
