[Thomas Jones] You know, life is way bigger than football. It's way bigger than football. It doesn't seem like it when you're in it, but when you're out of it, it's definitely bigger than football. I mean, you're going to have to—you know— choose life over football if you got a concussion, which one? Because if you ask me, I'm going to tell you the honest truth— can't buy happiness, can't buy peace of mind. All the money in the world can't buy that. It doesn't matter how much money you have or accolades or how many people you know—how famous you are. You only get one brain and that's it. I like to say, "Your brain isn't like your computer, and if there is a virus in your computer you can always get it fixed or get another computer, but you can't get another brain." And if you have concussions over the years and you develop CTE, that's a virus in your brain. So you can't fix that. That's pretty deep, and it's pretty serious, and it's realistic because these guys that committed suicide, ask their families how real it is.
