High school senior recovers from brain injury to walk at graduation after crash

I was actually in a lot of pain." On April 18, Khalia Carter of Fort Myers, Florida was hit by a driver with a blood-alcohol level three times the legal limit, according to the police report from the crash. The crash left her with traumatic brain injuries.
