US Postal Service issues ‘Healing PTSD’ stamp to raise funds for veterans

The United States Postal Service is taking action to help veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder with the release of a new commemorative stamp.

Proceeds from the “Healing PTSD” stamp purchases will be donated to the Department of Veterans Affairs and National Center for PTSD.
