The Carl Vinson VA Medical Center serves veterans living in the Middle Georgia area. They provide extended care and rehabilitation, mental health services, pharmacy services, primary care, specialty care services, and women's health services. In addition to the main facility in Dublin, they offer services in four community-based outpatient clinics. These clinics are located in Albany, Brunswick, Macon, and Perry.

EHVP, free to qualified post-9/11 military servicemembers and Veterans, is designed to treat conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), traumatic brain injury (TBI), military sexual trauma (MST), anxiety, and depression related to past military service. Our highly skilled team of professionals is led by world-renowned Emory clinical psychologist Barbara Rothbaum, Ph.D., who has been working in the PTSD field since 1986 and pioneered virtual reality exposure (VRE) therapy to help Veterans and servicemembers face their worst memories and move on with their lives.

Polytrauma - Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center
The Augusta Polytrauma Network Site at Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center is one of 23 facilities in the country designed to provide long-term rehabilitative care to Veterans and Service members who experienced severe injuries (including brain injuries) to more than one organ system. The site offers services for the medical and brain injury rehabilitation of active duty service members, medical rehabilitation of veterans, and rehabilitation of legally blind service members and veterans.

SHARE Military Initiative at Shepherd Center
The SHARE Military Initiative at Shepherd Center is a comprehensive rehabilitation program that focuses on assessment and treatment for active duty or separated service members who have served in the U.S. military since September 11, 2001 and who are experiencing symptoms of or have a diagnosis of mild to moderate brain injury, or concussions and any co-occurring psychological or behavioral health concerns, including post-traumatic stress.
Winn Army Community Hospital
Winn Army Community Hospital provides soldiers and their family members, veterans, and retirees with medical care and services in several areas. Winn offers physical and occupational therapy services in its Physical Therapy Clinic and Occupational Therapy Clinic. Services are also available at the HAWKS Medical Clinic.
