I don't see dizziness mention in s/ s of a head injury. Is that a serious issue ? For example: say a kid got hit with a small rock in the head and got a lump and purple bruise on his head, the seemed fine except dizziness, is that an issue pertaining to his injury and is that normal or serious. Studying emt and wondering. Thanks
