Kristi Kragthorpe finds the Pace My Day app to be an amazing tool for helping her to organize her day's activities, but to also monitor her energy levels. By looking at it every day, sometimes multiple times, she can make sure she has enough in her tank to enjoy all her plans. If not, she can adjust them to make sure she isn't running on empty but the time the day is over.
