On Christmas day in 2015, Taisha's son Yael went to the store across the street from their home, riding his new scooter. On the way, he was hit by a car, resulting in a trip to the hospital and a severe traumatic brain injury. Taisha discusses how she deals with the aftermath, including his behavioral changes, his altered relationships with friends, his confidence and more.
