St. Anthony Hospital is one of Denver's oldest and most progressive hospitals. The hospital was opened more than 100 years ago as a result of the determination of the Sisters of St. Francis who pioneered the development of health care institutions in the western United States. Inpatient Rehabilitation Services
A referral for acute rehabilitation can be made by a local physician, hospital case managers or you can contact us if you need help arranging a referral. An evaluation by a pre-admission screening liaison is required and provided at no charge to determine rehabilitation needs.
