The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregiving establishes local, state, national, and international partnerships committed to building quality, long-term, home and community-based services. The Caregiver Support Center located inside the Phoebe Sumter Medical Center is a self-serving information center for individuals caring for those who are sick or disabled. All services are FREE and CONFIDENTIAL. Caring for someone can be difficult. Spending some time with the Care Coach at the Caregiver Support Center can help you know: what to do, who to call and how to cope. Having the information you need makes you better prepared to provide care to others and to yourself.
