Polytrauma - Washington, D.C. VA Medical Center

The Washington, D.C. Polytrauma Network Site is one of 23 facilities in the country designed to provide long-term rehabilitative care to Veterans and Servicemembers who experienced severe injuries (including brain injuries) to more than one organ system. As the Polytrauma Network Site for Veterans Integrated Service Network 5, DC VA Medical Center provides coordinated services to veterans with one or more severe and lasting injuries. DCVAMC coordinates the care and level of services required to meet needs and to ensure that patients have access to the same high level of care across the network.
