Established in 1974, The Brain Injury Program at New England Rehabilitation Hospital provides inpatient rehabilitation to patients with traumatic or non-traumatic brain injury. New England Rehabilitation Hospital also offers several area outpatient rehabilitation centers. New England Rehabilitation Hospital is a 210-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital, with two off-campus satellite units: a 20-bed satellite unit in Danvers at the former Hunt Center and a 22-bed satellite unit in Lowell at the former St. Joseph's Hospital. In addition to the Outpatient Clinic at Woburn, there are several outpatient locations in Billerica and Farmingham.
