NeuroRestorative Sebago

Provides Supported Living supports and services for Active Duty, Veterans and Civilians experiencing the challenges of recovering from a brain injury. Specializing in polytrauma sequelae. NeuroRestorative offers two community-based homes with varying levels of support so participants can receive the appropriate level of supervision and services for their individual rehabilitation program. One home provides specialized rehabilitation services in a more structured environment.  The other home offers participants an opportunity to continue their rehabilitation journey in a less restrictive environment as they progress towards independent living.  Programs include Neurorehabilitation, Respite, Supported Living, Transitional Living, and Supported Transitional services.
