Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center

The Chalmers P. Wylie VA Ambulatory Care Center has been improving the health of the men and women who have so proudly served our nation. They offer a variety of services including primary care, specialty care, extended care, and women's health. In addition to the main facility, they offer services in four community-based outpatient clinics located in: Grove City, Marion, Newark, and Zanesville.
