Brain Injury Association of Georgia

Founded in 1982, The Brain Injury Association of Georgia is a non-profit organization that is compromised of survivors, family members, friends, and professionals who all work together to provide community support programs that assist individuals and their families to gain a better understanding of the effects of brain injury and to facilitate rehabilitation opportunities. BIAG programs include a toll free number and resources through the Brain Injury Information Center (BIIC) Helpline, access to VSA arts of Georgia which offers free access to a variety of art programs, a statewide network of support groups, a peer visitor for veterans support, brain injury retreats, summer camp programs, educational conferences, training programs, workshops, advocacy, and public awareness and prevention programs. BIAG is a chartered affiliate of the Brain Injury Association of American, Inc.
