AssistedCare Home Health, Inc.

Founded in 1997, AssistedCare Home Health, Inc. provides in-home patient care and rehabilitation service. Registered nurses; physical, occupational and speech therapists; certified nursing assistants; and social workers are on staff to provide rehabilitative services under the direction of a physician's orders. AssistedCare Home Health services include:

•    Bathing and Dressing
•    Skin and Wound Care That Does Not Require a Nurse
•    Turning, Positioning, and Transferring
•    Care for Incontinent Patients
•    Help with Walking
•    Bathroom Assistance

AssistedCare Home Health is one of AssistedCare’s two individual companies (the other being AssistedCare Health & Home Care Specialists). Together, the two companies provide in-home health care services on a variety of levels to patients in New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender, Columbus and Bladen Counties. AssistedCare Home Health is also an approved Medicare/Medicaid provider and accepts private insurance and private pay clients.
