Baptist Rehabilitation - Germantown

Baptist Germantown is a full-service provider of physical, occupational and speech therapy services for patients with a variety of injuries and conditions, including traumatic brain injury. Baptist offers a network of community-based rehabilitation clinics to provide musculoskeletal, neurologic and occupational rehabilitation to the greater Memphis area. Clinics also are located in western Tennessee, eastern Arkansas and Mississippi. Baptist provides inpatient and outpatient services.

Brain Injury Association of Tennessee

Founded in 1983, the Brain Injury Association of Tennessee (BIAT), a non-profit membership organization that serves Tennessee’s brain injury survivors, their families, supporters, and service providers. BIAT's services include information and referrals, education and prevention, advocacy, and support. BIAT is an affiliate of the Brain Injury Association of America.  BIAT collaborates in the oversight of a network of statewide support groups.

NeuroRestorative Tennessee - Castalian Springs

Located just north of Nashville in Sumner County, the central location in Castallian Springs provides regional access to rehabilitation and supported living services for adults with brain injury throughout the southeast.  Services are offered by staff and other professionals on-site or in the community.  NeuroRestorative also coordinates or assists participants in accessing additional services from other health professionals and local service providers as necessary.

Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center

Patricia Neal Rehabilitation Center (PNRC) is a 73-bed facility with a brain injury treatment program. The Brain Injury Program of PNRC has an inpatient and a day treatment program. Before a rehabilitation program is determined, a comprehensive assessment establishes a baseline of physical, social, cognitive, and behavioral functioning. The initial assessment is performed by a clinical team, lead by a physician who works with the patient and family, to determine the best plan of treatment.
