Brain Injury Association of Rhode Island

Founded in 1983, the Brain Injury Association of Rhode Island, Inc. is a non-profit organization whose mission is to prevent brain injury and to improve the lives of those affected by brain injury. The Brain Injury Association of RI center is located in Cranston RI.  The Association maintains a resource center to provide education and referrals to brain injury survivors and caregivers. The Association also provides support groups, information on public policy, and events.

NeuroRestorative - Charlestown

NeuroRestorative Charlestown provides CARF accredited specialized Supported Living and In-Home supports and services for Active Duty, Veterans and Civilians experiencing the challenges of recovering from a brain injury. Specializing in polytrauma sequalae, this facility offers Supported Living, Transitional Living, Respite, and Supported Transitional services.
