Patients are evaluated prior to admission to identify needs and to determine if Lovelace can meet these needs. Upon admission, patients are evaluated again and a treatment plan is created. Physical, occupational, and speech-language therapies are available, as well as other services and support groups. Families and friends are a significant part of the treatment team. Family is not only encouraged but expected to actively participate in the treatment program.
