Anger Self-Management Training for People with Traumatic Brain Injury: A Preliminary Investigation (2012)

In this study, people with traumatic brain injury participated in eight sessions of psychoeducational treatment for irritability and anger. They learned about why anger and irritability were common issues after a brain injury and how better to deal with them. Participants reported improvement across all measures and the researchers believe this model is worthy of further study.
