Twenty-one-year-old Sam almost died in a car crash. Now he is shooting baskets. "It's not so much that I was lucky to have such a remarkable recovery," he says, "it's that I worked hard for this remarkable recovery."

My brother has a traumatic brain injury/brain bleed. It has turned our family upside down. He was in a coma for 5 days. They tried to put the piece of skull back on after two months and it became infected causing tge removal of it again :-( Now he seems to have taken 3 steps back. Very fatigued and is still in the PTA stage. He is at a rehab centre now and because he is still very fatigued were panicking thinking he will need to be discharged to yo lack of improvement. All we can do is pray. What a crazy freaking journey!!!!
