Living with a Traumatic Brain Injury
Rhythms of Hope is led by Dr. Marianne Talbot and is based in the Washington DC area. Through the use of dance, Dr. Talbot works with survivors of traumatic brain injuries to make new connections in their brain and aid in the road to recovery.

Olfactory Dysfunction After Head Injury

Nearly thirteen percent of participants in this study had a decreased sense of smell after head trauma. The presence of skull-base fractures and intracranial bleeding or bruising was positively connected with a difficulty perceiving smells as well.
