A study conducted in Taiwan found that less than ten percent of patients with mild TBI complained of persistent post-concussion symptoms (PPCS) at two months after head trauma. Patients with PPCS are more likely to suffer from intracranial lesions. Moreover, early clinical symptoms at one and two weeks post-injury, — especially physical ones including headache, dizziness and fatigue — were reported significantly more often by patients with PPCS.
